Abstract
This study investigates the recruitment and selection practices employed by skin care clinics. Focusing on factors influencing hiring decisions, selections, criteria, and process effectiveness. A mixed-methods approach combined survey and semi-structured interviews. Results reveal clinics prioritize qualifications, experience and communication skills when hiring professionals. The most common recruitment channels are social media, job referrals. Skin care clinic managers emphasize the importance of candidate fit. Technical expertise and customer service skills. The study identifies gaps in diversity, equity and inclusion practice and recommends standardized selection process, training programs, and clear job descriptions to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
