dc.description.abstractThe study determined the readiness of the Rosario Integrated School for the Preschool Head Start Program. Descriptive method was used to collect the data. Respondents were 29 pupils, 29 parents, 6 teachers and 2 administrators. It was found that most of teacher-respondents are young females, with MA units in SPED, attended trainings, permanent and LSB employed with SPET I position, SG-14, and have 1-5 years of teaching experience. The pupil-respondents are aged 5, eldest, with parents who are college graduates with varied jobs, receive Phpl15,000-above monthly income, own houses, graduated from public schools, with GPA of 86.00-89.99, with average IQ. Material, human and curriculum resources are highly available and adequate. Parents are highly involved in the implementation of program. The study found that there is a significant relationship between the parents’ level of involvement and the implementation of the program. Likewise, there is a significant difference in the perception of the respondents on adequacy of resources and level of involvement.
