Abstract
All employees in the country pursue a great level of performance when it comes to their job and maintaining healthy work-life balance in able for them to perform their job effectively. This study determined the Work-Life Balance and Job Performance among Rank-and-File Employees in the City Government Offices of San Fernando, La Union. Data from 237 rank-and-file employees of the San Fernando, La Union were gathered form validated and reliable survey questionnaire and were analyzed using frequency count, percentages, median, mean, and Spearman Correlation. The findings revel that the rank-and-file employees in the City Government Offices of San Fernando La Union have a flexible working environment which allow them to balance personal and professional responsibilities while their job performance is very satisfactory mean that they have fruitful and fulfilling performance on their job. Further, there was significant relationship between the Work-Life Balance and Job Performance among rank-and-file employees.
