Abstract
This study explored the relationship between sense of safety and perceived
internal locus of control in seeking medical treatment during covid-19 pandemic. The
study made use of a correlation research design and convenience sampling technique. A
250 respondents ranging from 18-60 years old responded to their demographic profile,
Sense of Safety Scale and Multidimensional Health Locus of Control. Quantitative
analysis showed a not statistically significant relationship in the level of sense of safety
and internal locus of control in seeking medical treatment during covid-19 pandemic
(r=0.05, p=O.190).
