Abstract
This study dealt with the relationship between the Spiritual well-being and mental
health offrontline healthcare providers in Agoo, La Union. Also, it seeks to know the level
of the respondents in terms of Spiritual well-being and mental health. The researchers
gathered (forty-two) frontline healthcare providers in Agoo, La Union. A correlational
method was used to complete the process of the study. The questionnaires included JAREL
Scale which consists of (twenty-one) items that measures the level of Spiritual; and General
Health Questionnaires which consists of (twelve) items and measures the level of mental
health of the respondents. Results have shown that (forty-two) frontline healthcare
providers possess higher levels of spiritual well-being and normal stress which can be
assessed as good mental health. Also, this study has concluded that there is a negative
correlation between spiritual well-being and mental health.
