Abstract
The research aimed to develop an Online Purchase Request Application System for Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University - South La Union Campus to enhance the supply management process. The goal was to address delays and difficulties caused by the manual procurement and report generation method The system automated and streamlined the purchase request process, providing a centralized platform for efficient management. Figma; PHP, and Bootstrap were utilized for prototyping and development, following the Web Development Life Cycle (WDLC) model. User satisfaction was measured through interviews and survey questionnaires. Functional requirements included secure login/logout, supplier and list management, purchase order management, user management, system information management, and account management. Non-junctional requirements encompassed security, performance, usability, compatibility, and reliability. The WDLC model proved suitable for system development, and end-users expressed high satisfaction based on positive mean scores.
