Abstract
This study entitled, Personality Types and Decision Making Style of Farmers in Selected Barangays of Sto. Tomas La Union made use of the descriptive correlational research designs in gathering. the data. To find out the Personality Types and decision making styles of the respondents, as well as the relationships that might exist among them. They use the convenient sampling techniques, the researchers floated questionnaire to 134 respondents where in 28 in Ambitacay, 13 in Linong, 23 in Lomboy, and 70 in Pongpong. The researchers found out that the farmers' dominant personality type is (ESTJ) Extravert (E), Thinking (T) and Judging (J),. while /their dominant decision making style is Logical. Personality Types has no significant relationship in Decision making Style, The personality types as to its 4 criterion and Decision making Style has no significant relationships as well.
