Abstract
The Public Employment Service Office (PESO) of San Fernando, La Union, aims to provide employment opportunities and support for equity target groups, including Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), older adults, out-of-school youth, solo parents, teenage mothers, indigenous people, and 4Ps beneficiaries. Using a descriptive cross-sectional design, data were collected from 348 respondents through a validated questionnaire. Findings reveal that awareness of selected services, such as job matching and job fairs, ranges from 26% to 34%, while the access rate falls below 40%. Despite this, respondents who accessed PESO services expressed high satisfaction, particularly with job fairs and job matching. Statistical analysis showed that employment status, educational attainment, location, age, and civil status significantly correlate with awareness, access, and satisfaction. The study underscores the need for inclusive, targeted, and accessible employment interventions.
