Abstract
Values affect directly the decision making, efficiency, and personal adjustment of student leaders. As a consequence, their leadership is greatly affected.
The study assessed the manifestation of personal and interpersonal values of the student leaders of Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University, SY 2014-2015. The quantities type of research was conducted utilizing Personal and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA).
Most of the respondents were female student leaders who are under 18-19 years old and from the CE, CAS and CCS. The study has the following findings 1) Practical mindedness, achievement and leadership were manifested least. 2) Manifestation of support and recognition has negative weak relationship with gender while goal orientation has a weak positive relationship with age; 3) Manifestation of the personal values does not choose profile; 4) Male and female student leaders’ expression along the support, conformity and recognition are significantly different.
