Abstract
This study determined the employability of women in the construction industry in the City of San Fernando, La Union. Data were gathered from 95 women employees of eight (8) construction firms using a validated and reliable instrument and were analysed using frequency counts, percentages, and chi-square. The findings revealed that majority of the respondents are age 25-34yearsold, married, and most were college graduates. The employed women hold positions as safety officer and helper, most of them are regular, and majority has worked for at least one year. Their problems include delegating leadership role, risk injury, and gender discrimination. Further, there was a significant relationship between the women's profile and their employability.
