Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly affected the services of Philippine National Police, but despite these challenges they encounter, they still remain functional and active. This study aims to determine the degree of seriousness of problems encountered and the level of implementation of the services of Philippine National Police-Santol, La Union, as well as to identify the significant relationship of the degree of seriousness and the level of implementation of services. A survey was conducted to all the PNP personnel of Santol, La Union. Respondents were provided with a questionnaire that they could answer in a short period of time. The result showed that despite the challenges they face, they remain active in their respective mandates. These results meant that whatever obstacle or hindrance they encounter, they will remain visible and active in keeping their jurisdiction safe and sound.
