Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the growth, survival, and response of the potted bitaog seedlings applied with expired Bio-N and unexpired Bio-N in different soil media. It was conducted at the Nursery of the Institute of Agroforestry and Watershed Management, DMMMSU-NLUC, Bacnotan, La Union from September 12, 2006 to January 12, 2007. Two hundred sixteen seedlings of bitaog were used in the study and were laid-out using two-factor (3x4) experiment in Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 12 treatment combinations replicated 3 times. The different treatments used were the following: Factor A (Bio-N) A0- control A1- expired Bio-N A2- unexpired Bio-N
