Abstract
Office administration personnel mental health describes each worker's psychological and emotional health at work The statement of the problem states the profile, level of stress, and coping strategies of office administration personnel. The researchers used a descriptive quantitative method through a validated and pre-tested structured survey questionnaire. Findings emphasize the importance of targeted mental health initiatives and supportive workplace policies that strengthen resilience and minimize job-related stress among office administration personnel. The study underscores the value of addressing job demands, enhancing job control, and promoting coping strategies to improve employee it ell-being and organizational productivity.
