Abstract
This study aimed to design and develop Graduates’ Profile Information Systems to help the registrar staff of Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University to lessen their workloads and paperwork and make it easy to access and find the profile of the students who request their credentials like diplomas and other files they need. Specifically, it aimed to a.) determine the socio-demographic profile of the respondents; b.) asses the vulnerability of the developed system; c.) assess the level of acceptability of the Graduates’ Profile Information Systems web-based application as to functional suitability, performance efficiency, usability, reliability, security, and portability; and (d) determine the significant difference on the perception of respondents according to sex and type of respondents. The result was: a.) the respondents' socio-demographic profile showed that most were female and more than half of the respondents were 20-25 years old; b.) The developed system could withstand security attacks; c.) the system was acceptable; and (d) there is no significant difference in the respondents' perception of the developed system's acceptability regarding functional suitability, performance efficiency, reliability, security, and portability. However, there is a significant difference in the perception of the usability of the developed system.
