Abstract
Athletes, particularly coaches, require support from family, friends, and others to overcome anxiety and stress, acting as pillars of strength and guiding lights. The study analyzed the attachment and subjective well-being of 120 varsity players. Results showed high levels of closeness, commitment, and complementarity, and moderate levels of pleasant, negative, and coach-athlete satisfaction. The study also found a significant relationship between coach-athlete and varsity players’subjective well-being, highlighting the importance of strong attachment and satisfaction. Furthermore, the study reveals that varsity players' performance is significantly influenced by their relationships and team environment. It emphasizes the importance of creating a positive team environment, effective communication, and strong relationships to enhance performance. It also suggests prioritizing team-building activities and encouraging open dialogue. The study also highlights the role of coaches in influencing players' emotional well-being and satisfaction. Additionally, an enhancement program was proposed to enhance coach athlete attachment and their subjective well-being, thereby boosting player satisfaction.
