solo parent did not differ significantly as to demographic profile and
psychological profile.
As a result, the researchers forwarded the following
recommended the following:
1. Parents of whether both or solo has to provide the right way
of nurturing and upbringing of their children in order to develop a
strong and positive ~rsona1ity of the child. Personality development
of children is greatly influenced by parents.
2. Parents should endeavor to safeguard the sanctity of
marriage, as it is more convenient to rear children when both parents
stay together. In cases of unavoidable circumstances of spouse
separation, the remaining parent should strive to rear the child to a
positive personality by continually maintaining open line of
communication with the child. That could help in building proper
conduct and proper disposition.
3. Other researchers on the same topic should include other
variables present in the environment of the child like relatives and
guardians.
