Abstract
As part of its digital transformation efforts to improve internal operations, the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU) developed the PGLU Workspace System to streamline workflows and increase staff productivity. The system's usability and quality were assessed using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and the Usefulness, Satisfaction, and Ease of Use (USE) Questionnaire. A total of 319 respondents participated, comprising 295 end users from various offices and 24 ICTU administrators. The findings revealed that users found the system useful, simple to use, and effective in their regular operations. However, minor concerns such as complexity were identified, indicating potential for future improvement. The findings emphasize the need for ongoing system improvement in providing an efficient and user-centered experience. Overall, the study supports PGLU's commitment to enhancing digital workplace solutions and improving internal services through technology, while also giving useful insights to drive future developments in line with employees' changing needs and expectations.
