A tracer study of the Bachelor of Public Administration graduates of Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University Mid-La Union campus of Sy 2017-2018

Graduate Tracer studies are essential for understanding the relevance and quality of programs offered by the universities as well as the labor market. This study traced the Public Administration graduates of SY 2017-2018. This is descriptive-survey research using a questionnaire in gathering data from 57 respondents. Frequency counts and percentages were used to analyze and interpret the data gathered. This study found out that most of the graduates are employed despite the global pandemic and many are employed in jobs which are related to their field of specialization. Many of them have stayed in their first job earning an initial monthly salary of P5,000 to less than PI0,000 and a few of them are unemployed due to lack of job opportunities.
