    Automated enrollment system for Aringay national high school

    This study focused on the development of the Automated Enrollment System for Arinsav National Hish School. Specifically, the study aimed to: determine the status of the ICT Profile of the Aringay National High School in terms of hardware, software, peopleware and network; to determine the constraints in the existing enrollment system of Aringay National High School along registration, enlistment, record management and fee management;develop the Automated Enrollment System for Aringay National High School; and aimed to determine the level of usability of the Automated Enrollment System for Aringay National High School along efficiency, attractiveness, helpfulness, control, and learnability. This study used descriptive and development research design and utilized Iterative and Incremental Development Model as its software methodology in the development of the system. Survey checklist, survey questionnaire and interview guide were used in data gathering and quantified and analyzed with the used of frequency count and mean. Findings of the study showed that the ICT profile of the Aringay National High School was sufficient and can maintain a networkr-based enrollment system; the problems of the present enrollment system is using the traditional way of enrollment system which was perceived to be a constraint in the organization; the developed Automated Enrollment System for Aringay National High School was created with the use of Iterative and Incremental Model, using Visual Basic 10 to generate the interface and functionality of the system and MySQL as its database platform; the assessed level of usability of the Automated Enrollment System for Aringay National High School is generally perceived by the end-users as very highly usable.
