dc.description.abstractMany innovations are done in different types of Fruit and Veggie Shredder in the country. This study aimed to develop and evaluate the Fruit Veggie Shredder -with Extractor in terms of technical soundness, level of technical performance, and level of acceptability. This study used the project-developmental and descriptive evaluative research design. The study found that the Fruit Veggie Shredder with Extractor was easy to use, and its essential parts are durable, locally available, and affordable. This device is very good in terms of its level of technical soundness, highly functional in its level of performance, and highly acceptable in its level of acceptability. An operations manual for the Fruit Veggie Shredder with Extractor was made, and it is ready to use.
