This descriptive study aimed to assess and analyze the personality and resiliency of Fire Fighters in La Union as a basis for developing a Resiliency Intervention Program. Specifically, it looked into the demographic characteristics and personality of the respondents along emotional intelligence, self-esteem, and life satisfaction; extent of resiliency; and the significant relationship between the demographic characteristics and personality and personality and resiliency. Thirteen 113 respondents who are active firefighters from the localized first district of La Union served as the respondents of the study. A set of standardized questionnaires were used to gather data and the collected data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, Chi-Square Test, and Fisher's Exact Test. It was found that most firefighters have low life satisfaction and most of them have moderately low self-esteem. Significant relationships were found between civil status and social skills, civil status and empathy, and emotional and resiliency.
