dc.description.abstractThe study determined the Physical Performance of High School Seniors in the City of San Fernando as basis for a Health-Related Fitness Program. It answered the questions on personal profile, the degree of physical performance of the students physical and social skills, their health-related fitness level of the students, and the relationship between variables: profile and health-related fitness level, profile and physical skills, and profile and social skills and the type of Health-related fitness Program that can be proposed. The descriptive survey method of research was used with 96 males and 97 females’ senior high school students as respondents, 16 years of age. They claimed satisfactory physical and social performance. They need improvement in their health-related fitness level. Relationships between variables were found in personal profile and physical performance. A Health-Related Fitness Program is proposed based on the identified weaknesses of the respondents.
