With the increasing demand for screened sand for concrete mix, manual sifting experience difficulty in sustaining the required amount. This paper aimed to design, and fabricate a Rotary Sand Sifter. It also aimed to test the fabricated machine. This paper assessed the technical performance of the machine in terms of throughput capacity and performance efficiency. It also determines the return on investment of the machine. Project development research design is utilized in the study. The throughput capacity of the machine is 71.74 kilograms per minute. The performance efficiency is 97 percent. The return on investment is 117.80% and the payback period is 0.85 year.
