Abstract
This study aimed to develop a record management system to assist ALS implemented in addressing key challenges encountered during their administrative tasks. The research sought to identify specific difficulties faced by ALS implemented, including managing student records, generating summary reports, and tracking mapping schedules. Using the SCRUM methodology, ALSCON was developed to streamline workflows, enhance record-keeping, and provide user-friendly features. The system was evaluated based on the 1SO/IEC 25010 standards, which encompass functional suitability, performance efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security, maintainability, and portability. Feedback from stakeholders highlighted that ALSCON improved productivity and eliminated manual processes, effectively demonstrating its utility in supporting ALS implemented.
