dc.description.abstractMedTrackr: Inventory Analysis of Medical Supplies using Regression Analysis aimed to develop a web-based application that enhances medical supply forecasting and management for healthcare organizations. The project focused on analyzing historical data to predict future inventory needs, helping facilities maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shortages or excesses. The system was developed using the Extreme Programming methodology, emphasizing interative development and user-centered design to ensure reliability and usability. By integrating the SARIMAX model, the application generated precise forecasts displayed through interactive graphs and dashboards, enabling users to visualize monthly supply requirements. The system’s functionality and usability were evaluated using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), with feedback gathered from key stakeholders, including IT professionals and healthcare staff. Results indicated that the system effectively met its objectives, offering a practical and user-friendly tool for inventory management.
