This study aims to investigate the level of confidence and motivation in physical literacy among college students. In line with this, it aims to analyze the relationship between physical literacy and the profile of the respondents. Moreover, it aims to reveal challenges encountered by college students. With all the findings, this study proposes supplementary activities that would enhance students’ motivation and confidence as well as address challenges. This study utilized a quantitative research design with two hundred eighty-nine participants at PHINMA UPang College Urdaneta. The study revealed that the level of motivation was very high, and high for confidence among college students. The study also examined the relationship between the demographic profile of the respondents and the level of motivation and confidence; the result revealed that there is no significant relationship between sex and age in students’ motivation and confidence. In addition, it was also found that there is no significant relationship between academic year and motivation; in contrast, confidence was found to have a significant relationship. However, the program was found to have a significant relationship with both students’ motivation and confidence. These findings revealed that students’ physical literacy is enhanced by experience, learning exposure, and learning environment. Furthermore, the study also investigated challenges encountered by the students that were revealed to be moderate, which may affect students’ physical literacy. With these findings, this study proposes supplementary materials that sustain motivation and improve confidence among college students. Moreover, it addresses challenges encountered by college students in PATHFIT classes.
