dc.description.abstractThe study determined the level of awareness in the implementation of maintenance and other operating expenses downloading in selected public schools in Pangasinan II Division along downloading of MOOE funds, utilization of MOOE funds and reporting requirement. It also assessed the level of implementation of MOOE downloading along the same applications as well as the degree of seriousness of problems and issues encountered. This study involved 215 respondents from selected public elementary and secondary schools under Schools of Pangasinan II, its Finance personnel, and audit team members from the Commission on Audit. Results showed that selected public school in Pangasinan II division were generally fully aware of the principles in the implementation of MOOE downloading along the same applications were generally very highly implemented in the said division. Problems and issues encountered in its implementation were generally significantly serious. To address such problems, policy recommendation were formulated.
