This research outlines a study aimed to develop and evaluate a Sea Shell Pulverizer machine for efficient and sustainable processing of sea shells. The increasing accumulation of sea shell waste presents environmental and economic challenges, necessitating the development of innovative technologies for its utilization. The research aimed to design and optimize a pulverization system that can effectively convert sea shells into fine powder, suitable for various applications. The study involved the characterization of different types of sea shells, selection of appropriate grinding mechanisms, and the design of a prototype machine. Performance parameters such as particle size distribution, grinding efficiency, and energy consumption were evaluated to assess the effectiveness of the Sea Shell Pulverizer machine. Furthermore, the potential applications of the pulverized sea shell powder, such as in agriculture, construction materials, and environmental remediation, was explored. This research study highlights the significance of developing a sustainable solution for sea shell waste management, and the potential benefits of the Sea Shell Pulverizer machine in terms of resource utilization, waste reduction, and economic viability.
