The descriptive research aimed to develop and validate a fitness training program for junior high school students of Don Eulogio De Guzman Memorial National High School. The developed training program was based on the respondent’s BMI, their level of fitness as measured by their Cardiovascular Endurance Test and Skill-related Fitness Test and their attitude toward fitness. The study found that the student-respondents were underweight/ overweight and obese; they have very poor cardiovascular endurance, as well as in strength and push-up test. And performed only “fair” in “basic plank” activities. Furthermore, they need improvement in the areas of balance and coordination tests. Finally, there is a need to be trained and educated on the importance of body and spirit wellness through well-selected activities.
