This study determined the effect of the 8-week training program in the physical skills and technical skills performance of the futsal players. A total of 14 female DMMMSU futsal players participated in the study. They underwent structured training sessions designed to improve key physical skills—speed, agility, and endurance—as well as fundamental technical skills, including dribbling, passing and ball control, trapping, and shooting. Pretest and posttest assessments were conducted to measure performance changes, with appropriate statistical tests applied based on data normality, including paired t-tests, Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Tests, and Pearson correlation analysis. The study showed significant improvements in speed, agility, and technical skills, including dribbling, passing, shooting, and trapping. However, endurance did not show a statistically significant improvement, which may be attributed to the short endurance program duration, the small sample size, and the presence of overweight participants. Additionally, a positive correlation was found between agility and trapping, indicating that agility may play a role in successful ball control, while other physical skills showed no significant correlations with technical skills performance.
