dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to explore and assess the level of implementation of the Special Program for the Arts in Music, as well as determine the challenges encountered in implementing the program in the public junior high schools in Pangasinan as observed by students, teachers, and coordinators. The study used descriptive statistics and utilized a survey questionnaire. The data gathered were subjected to frequency, percent, and overall median. The findings of the study revealed that the level of implementation SPA Music is high. However, despite a high implementation rating, several significant challenges were observed across various areas affecting the implementation of the program. Hence, an enhancement and sustainability program was suggested.
