Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is a set of learning experiences that help to develop and improve professional practice. It consists of conscious and planned activities which are intended to be of direct benefit to the individual, group, or school. The descriptive-evaluative correlational design method was used with a questionnaire as the main data-gathering tool. The respondents consisted of 97 Physical Education(PE) teachers from the schools Division I of Pangasinan. Data were tested using frequency count, average weighted mean, and correlation analysis. Findings revealed that PE teachers are manned and handled by the female gender, and a combination of new entrants in the teaching profession and experienced teachers. The majority of the PE teachers are young, with Teacher I and III ranks. All are involved in classroom teaching and have sufficient income, with personal expenses and loans to settle, which leaves them with limited finances to support CPD. The CPD activities/ programs that the PE teachers participated in are highly relevant and highly effective in enhancing their higher degree of expertise and know-how but most especially in enhancing their attitude and behavior as PE teachers at high levels of standards by maintaining qualities that uphold the values of teaching.
