dc.description.abstractThis study determined the emotional quotient, and emotional problem of the daing producers and their coping mechanisms toward their emotional problem. The study made use of descriptive research design. The researchers used Snowball sampling technique because there no exact number of doing producers in Tubod; Sto. Tomas, La Union. The data were gathered through their emotional quotient, internalized and externalized emotional behavior and were rated as highly valid by evaluators- Data were analyzed using Pearson product moment correlation coefficient, frequency count, and average weighted mean. The respondents are moderately well in the 4- scale of the emotional quotient. The respondents seldom experienced emotional problems and they often used their coping mechanisms towards emotional problems based on their internalized and externalized behaviors.
