Poultry projects are among the industry that poses environmental impacts, hence, the need for mitigation measures. In this study, the environmental compliance of selected poultry projects in the first district of La Union is assessed. Descriptive research design was used through the aid of questionnaire, supported by observations and informal interviews. Using quota sampling, four (4) ECC-issued poultry projects located in the four (4) municipalities and city were included in the study. Frequency counts, means, percentages, and median were used in the analysis of data. Results show that ECC-issued poultry projects have high stock population. Environmental mitigation measures are adopted, however, there are still problems in its implementation. An environmental management plan was proposed to address the problems in the implementation of environmental mitigation measures.
