This study used Lithium-ion batteries, solar photovoltaic, AC output, and Arduino Uno R3 monitoring to design and test a Powerwall Battery Charger-Controller for home solar energy. With gathered energy ranging from 975 to 1,520 Wh and 49 to 66% efficiency, tests conducted in a variety of weather conditions demonstrated effective battery charge, consistent voltage, and dependable energy supply. The technique worked well for managing solar power at home. Increased photovoltaic capacity, precise SoC tracking, and IoT-based performance monitoring are possible future enhancements.
