The Halog West Munchies Processing Center is established in 2017 in the Municipality of Tubao, La Union to provide social and economic and agricultural development within the community. The project focuses in fostering economic development, empowering local farmers through HWMPC initiatives, and enhancing the agri-tourism potential of the municipality. The study examines the project's contributions on the social and economic well-being of Halog West Producers Cooperative members. It used survey questionnaires created specifically for the researchers to collect information from 10 project implementers and 75 cooperative members in Barangay Halog West, Tubao, La Union. Analysis through frequency and percentage was used to help understand the contribution of the project. In addition to the data analysis, a thorough evaluation of relevant documents is carried out which improved general understanding and enriched the findings. According to the study, the project had both social and economic benefits for the respondents. On the other hand, there are indicators for the sustainability of the project which are not implemented As a result of the study, a policy brief is created to address the deficiencies and gaps found in the project that focuses on enhancing services for beneficiaries.
