Abstract
This paper analyzed the: (1) socio-demographic profile, (2) profile of beekeeping enterprise, (3) extent of financing practices on determination of sources of funds; financial analysis; and working capital management along cash, accounts recievables and inventory management, (4) problems encountered in financing practices, and (5) recommended training design and IEC materials. Findings indicated that most beekeepers are aged 51-60, male, married, and have some college education. They primarily rely on personal savings for capital, own their beekeeping land, and have access to barangay roads. Beekeeping serves as a supplementary income source. Major financing challenges include limited supplies, leading to high costs and expansion barriers, and inaccurate financial data, which threaten decision-making and sustainability. Low product prices and delayed payments from creditors also impact their financial management. Addressing these issues is crucial for the financial health and growth of beekeeping operations. Based on the findings, it can leads to barriers to expansion.
