Abstract
Education industries are establishments that provide instruction and training on a wide variety of subjects. These institutions, including schools, colleges, universities, and training centers, are either privately or publicly owned thus, this case study about Bukas Palad Learning Center and Hands of Hope Faith Academy was conducted. This study aimed to formulate an action plan for Bukas Palad Learning Center located at Pagdalagan, City of San Fernando, La Union and Hands of Hope Faith Academy located at San Isidro, Agoo, La Union to improve its management systems and services offered. This case study used the mixed-method research design and gathered data using interview guide, observation checklist, and documents, external and internal information from primary, secondary, and tertiary sources.
