Adviser: Quinquito, Joana N., DBA The study was conducted to determine the (1) level of market acceptability of native tilapia con banana peel patties; (2) determine the relationship between the socio- demographic factors and market acceptability of the product; (3) determine the profitability of native tilapia con banana peel patties; and (4) to formulate a business plan for native tilapia con banana peel patties. Findings revealed no significant relationship between age, sex, highest educational attainment, and average monthly income to the market acceptability of native tilapia con banana peel patties in terms of taste. The socio-economic factors, namely average monthly income and highest attainment, were found to have a significant relationship with the general acceptability of the product. Age and sex showed no significant relationship to the product's taste, color, aroma, texture, and general acceptability. A business plan was crafted based on the most acceptable and profitable treatment.
