Abstract
The gas and oil industry is one of the world's largest, most capital-intensive, most complex and important global industries; hence, the researchers conducted this study about REG Gasoline Station with the intention to propose an action plan. The information affecting gasoline station operations were elicited from various national government agencies and local government units/departments, while information about the gasoline station were elicited from the station manager and staffs, relevant documents. The SWOT analysis revealed the gasoline station's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Weaknesses of the gasoline station were prioritized as bases of a proposed action plan. The gasoline station may prioritize to expand their products and services, provide trainings to employees, hire a maintenance personnel and acquire POS machine.
