The high cost of commercial feeds prompted poultry raisers to look for alternative sources of feed ingredients such as peanut leaf meal and rice middling. The study was conducted to determine the performance of broilers fed with peanut leaf meal and rice middling from November 20, 2013 to December 25, 2013 at Bangaoilan West Bangar, La Union. A total of 90, 15-dayold broiler chicks were randomly distributed into six treatments, following the Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) in three blocks. The results of the study showed that the performance of birds fed with peanut leaf meal and rice middling were comparable to those fed with pure broiler starter mash in terms in final weight, gain in weight, feed consumption and feed conversion ratio. However the profit above feed and medicine cost of birds fed with peanut leaf meal and rice middling is higher than those feed with pure broiler starter mash.
