Abstract
An interview schedule with descriptive survey and structured survey
questionnaire were used to gather information about the profile of the respondents
and the extent of implementation of the RHU Health Programs in Mangaldan,
Pangasinan.
The study aimed to know the personal profile of the respondents, the
extent of implementation of RIW Health Programs and the relationship between
the extent of implementation of RHU Health Programs and the personal profile of
the respondents as to age, sex, occupation. income and educational attainment.
One hundred ten (110) respondents were randomly chosen 110m ten (10)
barangays in Mangaldan, Pangasinan.
The data were treated and analyzed through frequency count, percentage.
weighted mean, ranking and correlation matrix from the MICROSTAT computer
software.
Findings showed that majority of the respondents were at 21-50 age
bracket Most of them are female and one-half of them are employed. majority of
them earn below P 3,000 per month and have attained average level of education,
The personal profile of the respondents such as age, sex and occupation
were found to be significantly related to the extent of implementation of RHU
Health Programs.
