Abstract
The study aimed to develop an online reservation system for Riverside Mini Eco- park with QR technology that efficiently improved the manual system of the business. Specifically, this study sought to: a) determine the current problems encountered by the Eco-park as to reservation, report generation, and client's data management; b) determine the socio-economic profile of the respondents; c) evaluate the vulnerability of the developed system; d) assess the acceptability of the developed system; e) determine the relationship of socio-economic profile and the perception of acceptability of the developed system; and f) determine the significant difference on the perception of the respondents according to sex and type of respondents. The results were: a) the riverside mini eco-park uses manual procedures in their processes; b) the socio-demographic profile of the respondents showed that most of the respondents were male and more than half of the respondents were aged 20-25 years old; c) the developed system was able to withstand security attacks; d) the system was acceptable; e) there is a significant relationship between type of respondent and salary towards the usability of the system; and f) the evaluation of significant difference yielded not significant result regardless of sex and types of respondent.
