dc.description.abstractThis study examines the entrepreneurial skills and practices of local cake bakers in San Fernando, La Union, identifying key competencies like innovation, risk management, financial acumen, and customer relationship management. It assess how bakers develop and apply these skills in a competitive market by analyzing product quality. pricing strategies, marketing techniques, and business sustainability. The research highlights discrepancies in skill levels across various demographics. To address these gaps, a validated training program has been developed, targeting the least attended training areas to enhance entrepreneurial proficiency. The local is to provide insights and recommendations to boost the capabilities and sustainability of local cake bakers, promoting practices, continuous learning, and community support for a thriving local baking industry.
