dc.description.abstractUsing descriptive method of research, this study determined the work performance of the BS Mathematics graduates of DMMMSU-SLUC from 1998 to 2014. It also identified the demographic profile of the graduates in terms of age, sex, civil status, year graduated, and their socio-economic profile as to current job/position, type of agency where they are employed, and monthly income. A questionnaire was administered to 225 traced graduates to gather necessary data. The data gathered were treated using frequency counts, percentage and near results of the data analysis revealed that BS Mathematics graduates have outstanding work performance based on the evaluation of their employers and immediate supervisors. Further the graduates have good interpersonal relationship with their co-workers and their quality output.
