Descriptive research method was used in the determination of the records management practices of 168 barangay officials. Frequency counts and percentage were used in the profile and records management practices. Median was used in extent of practice and strengths and constraints. The seminars and training attended by the respondents are not related to records management. The records management was practiced by the inland barangays. The extent of practice of the respondents in records management practices is highly practiced. Majority of the practices are strengths while the constraints are used as a basis to develop a training design. | |
