dc.description.abstractA substantial growth in poultry industry has been observed due to the exploitation of various modern growth promoting strategies and appropriate disease preventive and control. Therefore, this study on the use of yellow ginger powder in the level of 2%, 4%, 6% was conducted. Sixty broiler chicks were used and distributed in four treatments following RCBD in three blocks. The experiment was conducted at Salincob, Bacnotan, La Union from November 14, 2015 to December 19, 2015. Results of the study showed that the birds fed with of different levels of yellow ginger powder showed comparable performance in terms of final weight, gain in weight, feed consumption, feed conversion ratio, and profit.
