This study aimed to developed a Multi-Platform Field Service Management System for LUECO. Specifically, it sought answers to the following: determine the problems encountered by LUECO in their dispatch of the job order; develop a Field Service Management System aided with Extreme Programming (XP) intended for LUECO; determine the level of usability of the developed system by using the Software Usability Measurement Inventory (SUMI) as usable by the end-users in terms of affect, efficiency, helpfulness, control, learnability and others. The Multi-Platform Field Service Management System for LUECO used descriptive and developmental research designs in the development of the system. A total of ten (10) respondents composed of five (5) linemen, two (2) Dispatch Officers and three (3) Customer Assistance Officers (CAO)were selected through total enumeration. Documentary analysis, interview guide and survey questionnaire were used as data gathering tools. The development of the system used the XP model; the system was validated using the SUMI and it was found out to be highly usable.
