The domestic quail (Coturnix coturnix japonica) has become a promising species in the poultry industry due to its efficient feed conversion and rapid growth. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of varying levels of ginger extract supplementation on laying quail performance, including egg production, optimum supplementation level, and profitability. The methodology involved supplementing quails with different concentrations of ginger extract and measuring the effects on egg production and health. The results
indicated that ginger extract supplementation, at the tested levels, had no statistically significant effect on egg production, laying performance, or profitability, suggesting that it may not enhance the productivity of laying quails under the conditions of this study.
