The very high cost of commercial feeds prompted raisers to look for an alternative source of feed ingredient like kalut tuber. Hence, this study with the objective of determining the performance of broiler fed with different levels of kalut tuber meal (T0 – Pure BSM, T1 – 5% KTM, T2 – 10% KTM, T3 – 15% KTM) as feed supplement for sixty head 14-day old chicks employing the Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) in three blocks. This was conducted at Casiaman, Bacnotan, La Union from December 23, 2006 to January 12, 2007. Result revealed that kalut tuber meal significantly affected feed consumption and feed conversion efficiency. However, comparable performance was noted on the final weight, gain in weight and profit above feed, medicine and stock cost.
